Tender To Develop and Implement

Electronic Medical Claim Management (EMCM)

JPA invites qualified companies to bid for the tender to develop and implement EMCM for JPA. Companies who are willing to participate in this tender must contact JPA as of 21/02/2010 to receive the tender documents as follows:

• 1- Summary of scope of work including technical and functional specifications
• 2- The fee for the tender documents is 100 JD. non-refundable.
• 3- Bidders may collect a copy of the tender documents as of 10.00 Sunday, 21/02/2010. Purchasing of tender documents must be done by an authorized representative of the bidder having a copy of the official authorization, a certified official copy of the bidder's company registration.
• 4- The last date for purchasing tender documents is Sunday, 28/02/2010 at 15:00
• 5- All inquiries should be addressed to JPA at info@jpa.org.jo on 01/03/2010, Monday. All inquiries will be responded to no later than Thursday, 04/03/2010.
• 6- The proposal must be submitted in three envelops, sealed separately and clearly marked:

• 6-1- First envelope includes technical and corporate capability, 2 hard copies and 1 soft copy.
• 6-2- Second envelope includes the financial proposal.
• 6-3- Third envelope must include the tender bond for the sum of 15 % of the offered price. The bond will be addressed in the name of JPA and must be valid for 60 days from the date of tender submission.
• 7- All envelops must be submitted to the JPA. Proposals must be received strictly no later than 12:00 on Tuesday, 09/03/2010.
• 8- JPA reserves the right to cancel this tender without giving reasons and without incurring any legal of financial liabilities of otherwise towards any of the bidders participating in the tender.
• 9- The winning bidder is responsible to pay the cost of this advertisement.
